Terms of Use

Mojo is provided by Simple Software Company LLC, DBA Mojo Disputes.ai (“Mojo,” “we,” “us”), 1664 South Dixie Drive, H-107, Saint George, Utah 84770. By creating an account or using Mojo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Mojo.

Mojo is software that helps you review your credit report, choose items to dispute, and prepare dispute letters yourself.

• Mojo is not a credit repair organization and does not dispute items on your behalf or act as your representative.
• Mojo is not a law firm and does not give legal, financial, or credit advice. Nothing in Mojo is legal advice.
• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus for free, without Mojo.

We don't guarantee any result. We don't promise that any item will be corrected or removed, that your credit scores will change, or that a bureau or creditor will respond in any particular way or time. Outcomes depend on the facts of your report and on how the bureaus and creditors respond.

• You decide which accounts, if any, to dispute, and the reason for each.
• You review every letter before it is downloaded or mailed.
• Only dispute information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or can't be verified. Accurate, timely information can legally stay on your report.
• You're responsible for making sure everything you submit is true and complete.

To connect your 3-bureau report, you need a SmartCredit® monitoring subscription. SmartCredit is an independent third party. It bills you separately, under its own terms and privacy policy, and you manage or cancel that subscription with SmartCredit. We aren't responsible for SmartCredit's service, data, or charges. SmartCredit® is a registered trademark of its owner.

Mojo Free costs $0. You download, print, and mail your letters yourself.

Mojo Pro is a paid monthly plan in which Mojo prints and mails the letters you've reviewed. The price is shown before you subscribe.

Charges are for the Mojo subscription or service described at signup, at the price shown before you subscribe. Billing is recurring on the cycle you choose at signup until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are handled per the refund policy stated at signup.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Mojo.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

When you use Mojo, you agree not to:

• dispute information you know is accurate, or submit false information;
• use Mojo for anyone else's credit report without their legal authorization;
• use Mojo for identity theft, fraud, or to create a new credit identity;
• copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with Mojo or its security; or
• use Mojo in any way that breaks the law.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Mojo's software, design, and content belong to Simple Software Company LLC, DBA Mojo Disputes.ai. The letters you create are yours to use for your own disputes. TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax are trademarks of their respective owners.

Mojo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Mojo won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about Mojo is limited to the amount you paid Mojo in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You can stop using Mojo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Mojo.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll tell you before they take effect, for example by email or in the app.

Simple Software Company LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
